1. Overview

These terms govern all purchases made through N-IMANI Shops (operating in Nairobi, Kenya). By browsing or placing an order on our store, you accept these terms in full.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KSh / KES) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes. We accept payments exclusively via Safaricom Lipa na M-Pesa (STK Push) and Cash on Delivery. Foreign currencies, credit/debit cards, and PayPal are strictly not accepted.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders placed within Nairobi are promptly dispatched for 1–2 business day doorstep delivery. Nationwide courier orders to all 47 counties are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Free delivery is granted on orders with a subtotal equal to or exceeding KSh 3,500.

4. Cash on Delivery Policy

For orders selected with Cash on Delivery (COD), customers agree to have the exact amount ready upon delivery rider arrival. Repeat order rejections without valid cause may result in restriction of COD privileges for the registered phone number.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
