When you place an order or create an account, we collect only essential order fulfillment details: your full name, Kenyan mobile phone number, county, town, and delivery landmark address. If provided, your email is used strictly for order receipts and password resets.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your phone number is utilized to initiate Safaricom M-Pesa STK prompts, send SMS / WhatsApp delivery dispatch confirmations, and enable delivery riders to locate your landmark address. We strictly do not sell, rent, or share personal contact information with third-party advertising brokers.
3. Payment Information Security
N-IMANI Shops never stores credit card or debit card numbers because card processing is not supported. All M-Pesa transactions are handled through Safaricom PLC's encrypted Daraja API channels.
4. Your Rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your profile data by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
