We want you to love how your loungewear fits. If the size isn't quite right, we offer fast and friendly UK size exchanges across Nairobi and nationwide.
7-Day Size Exchange Window
UK Sizes XS through XL
You can exchange your item for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. Nairobi size swaps can be completed within 24–48 hours by our dispatch rider.
Exchange Conditions
- Garment must be in original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Original invoice, order number, or M-Pesa transaction reference must be provided.
- For hygiene reasons, intimates and sleepwear without protective hygiene strips cannot be returned once opened.
